Fruity aroma, sweetness and umami. This flavor is very popular now. Where have I had this before? It tastes like a compilation of trendy flavors. Naturally, it is delicious, but it is not what I expected.
A different direction from today's "fancy" sake. Aroma: Junmai sake with a moderate fruity flavor and a good balance. It is a good sake to have on hand. Not sold in many stores though.
The fruity flavor of today's style comes first, but it is moderate. It does not interfere with food and you will not get tired of drinking it. A well-balanced sake.
It has been a long time since I have tasted Daishinshu. It is characterized by its gorgeous sweetness and sharpness, but this was the first time for me to drink a sparkling wine.
Sure enough, the cork blew out. The bubbles and the characteristics of Daishinshu were great.
The first drink on an empty stomach. Huh? And the next while eating. It's good. It doesn't disturb the meal, and I think it enhances the flavor.
It doesn't have the gorgeous sweetness and aroma that is so common nowadays, but I never get tired of drinking it while eating and drinking.
I opened it after the remaining Oriental Beauty. That's why it was
Sour. My first impression was that it was sour, because I had thought that muddy = sweet.
But as I continued drinking, the umami flavor came out from behind the sourness, and it had a nice sharpness, making it a good match for strong snacks.
But I think I prefer Kabutomushi.
I opened it after Sake Mirai from the same series. Toyo Bijin's fruity aroma, sweetness, and flavor are in the same vein. Sake Mirai's aroma and sweetness are stronger and more gorgeous. However, I prefer the balance of this one.
The aroma and sweetness of Toyo Bijin. Plus, the use of Sake Mirai means sweet, fruity, and umami, as expected. It is a bit too gorgeous for me. However
It is delicious in the mouth.
First of all, sweet, strawberry? I guess it is a strawberry type. After the sweetness comes the bitterness. However, the initial sweetness is not sharp and lingers. It is not suitable for continuous drinking.
Not as sweet as expected, with a strong acidity. It is a summer sake. I can keep drinking it, although I get tired of the recent ones that shake everything fruity.
