Drinking alone in the daytime at my favorite soba noodles restaurant. It was my first time to drink Suidama, but the owner said "The owner told me, "It used to be just sweet and uninteresting sake, but it has changed recently and has become more profound. I was told. It wasn't like a sweet sake. I didn't really understand the depth. I don't think I liked it much...

We had a drink by ourselves at usual soba noodles restaurant. We had Akatake and Tasake, but we had Sasakazu for the first time. It has been a long time since I had a sake from Yamanashi. The first impression is thick. The flavor of sake is condensed. It's a sake that makes you want to drink it again.

Hi Kazupyon, good evening😊. The name of the restaurant is "Teuchi Soba Shizuoka"! It's a small shop with only a counter. I'm sure you'll love it.

bebe-san As I recommended to Mr. Kissy, I'd like to introduce the best place for drinking alone. We don't accept new customers because of the prevention of infectious diseases, but I have already told the owner that bebe is OK🙆🙆️.

Bebe. They want sake lovers to come here. Takashou "Sakuraya" near Mizuochi police box, along the Kita Kaido. The selection of sake is amazing. I go there once a week, so if you want...it's a place of healing.

Thank you very much! A customer who was next to me at a soba restaurant recommended "Sakuraya" to me, and I wanted to go there (^^). I'll definitely go there!

bebe. If you know the day of the week in advance, I'd like to go with you. The landlady will welcome you in yukata this season. I don't want to be turned down, so please mention my name.

I bought it and let it sit for a while. It says that it smells like lychee. Yes, the lychee comes, but the bitterness comes later. When I drank it the next day, the impression changed a little again. There are many flavors of sake ^_^.

This is the second collaboration of the Shinsei 10 year anniversary, Shinsei x Shisyu. It's a rich, sweet sparkling sake called "kijoshu", and the warning says "never shake" and "open the bottle slowly". However, I didn't pay that much attention to it and opened the bottle, and as you can see in the second picture, the bottle was pretty low. The taste is indeed a rich, sweet sparkling. It was like a champagne. I would rather enjoy this on its own than with a meal. I don't have many days left, but I'd like to enjoy how the flavor changes with time.

I ordered "Ike" at Izu Solo Travel. This sake seems to be a limited edition in Izu. The slightly dry and refreshing taste didn't interfere with the food and was perfect for sipping. I couldn't help but say "I'm glad to be alive" and "I'm happy" over and over again.

Oh, isn't this the pond from "Yuru Camp"! I also went to the Hiroi Sake Shop to buy some Junmai Genshu and talked to the manager... but I haven't drunk it yet!

Good evening, Kissi-san (^^) I hadn't heard of "Yuru-Can", so I looked it up and found out that it comes in a sake called "Ike Ike"! I've been drinking a lot of sake from outside of the prefecture lately, so it's nice to know something new about Shizuoka Prefecture's sake!

Bebe> So you bought it without knowing about Yuru Camp? The manager of the Hiroi Sake Store says that after Yuru Camp was made into an anime, mail order sales suddenly increased.

I took a sip and the subtle taste of melon spread. It's strange that such a fruity flavor goes well with sashimi. I am satisfied with the taste.

The taste of the alcohol was stronger than I expected. The sweetness is there, but it doesn't linger, which is nice. It is as expected of Zaku. It was delicious (^^) I combined it with nabe today. I think the nabe is almost over.

I kept it a little too long. But it's still very stable and delicious. Slightly fizzy, champagne-like mouthfeel.

I bought this bottle on the recommendation of the shop owner. It is fruity and not too sweet. It also has a muscat-like flavor, probably because it's from Nagano. It was delicious!

This is the sake that reminds me of my trip to Saga. It is sweet and fruity, but the sake lingers firmly in the back of the tongue. Today we had it with horse sashimi. It was the second day of the New Year when I could taste Kyushu.

With crab hot pot. After drinking Ottersai in the afternoon, is the taste similar somehow? I'm happy to drink good sake from New Year.
