Clear and dry Habitual aroma, soft attack. The taste is clean and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a dry aftertaste. The right side of the sake tasting set. But it looks the same. The place is Izu-no-Hana in Ito. Accompanied by steamed matsutake mushrooms in an earthenware teapot. Our earthenware teppanyaki steamed in a pot is a hearty type with chicken meatballs. The rich flavor is refreshingly tightened.

I ordered "Ike" at Izu Solo Travel. This sake seems to be a limited edition in Izu. The slightly dry and refreshing taste didn't interfere with the food and was perfect for sipping. I couldn't help but say "I'm glad to be alive" and "I'm happy" over and over again.

Oh, isn't this the pond from "Yuru Camp"! I also went to the Hiroi Sake Shop to buy some Junmai Genshu and talked to the manager... but I haven't drunk it yet!

Good evening, Kissi-san (^^) I hadn't heard of "Yuru-Can", so I looked it up and found out that it comes in a sake called "Ike Ike"! I've been drinking a lot of sake from outside of the prefecture lately, so it's nice to know something new about Shizuoka Prefecture's sake!

Bebe> So you bought it without knowing about Yuru Camp? The manager of the Hiroi Sake Store says that after Yuru Camp was made into an anime, mail order sales suddenly increased.
