It has a spicy, oaky aroma. It is tangy with a sour taste.
I thought it wouldn't intoxicate me at all, but it's 13 degrees. I'll have to read the label on the back.

I found a bottle of Yamamoto's Nama Sake and immediately bought it.
It is a very heavy type of sake. I think it would be better as a snack with simmered dishes than with sashimi.
