It's more like drinking at home, but at my in-laws' house: ...... I'm thankful for all the different kinds of sake that are served every time I visit. I like Katsuma the best when it comes to Toyama sake! It's hard to buy in Tokyo, so I drank a lot 💪.

I bought it because I was attracted by the kitty label, and I was lucky to find a soft and sweet sake 😸✌️ I heard that this sake is only available at a limited number of liquor stores, so it's very rare! I bought it at a liquor store on my way back from a tour of the Wakatsuru Whiskey factory!

UO Junmai Ginjo is a new brand from Uozu Shuzo, the only sake brewery in Uozu! It seems that only a limited number of liquor stores still carry it, so I purchased it in Takaoka city. It has a slight acidity and, as the label and name suggest, goes perfectly with fish.

We had a sake tasting at a restaurant called Saseki in the Iwase area, a little north of Toyama Station 🍶. I'm glad I made it 15 minutes, I drank a lot!

Minowamon was introduced in the Koriyama section of Izakaya Shinkansen! I heard that it is also used in ANA's first class and is delicious with sushi 😋 It is very tasty and has no clutter! Only expensive! 😂

When I asked for another sake, he said, "Can I get you a Jyushidai for the same price? I was sobered up and checked the price. When I came back sober, I checked the price and it was overturned. I'm glad I didn't check the price when I was drunk (when I sobered up afterwards and looked at the receipt, I found that it was served at a reasonable price). Of course it was delicious. But I was so drunk that I don't remember the detailed taste, but I thought it was delicious with a glass of wine 😄.
