I like Katsuma the best when it comes to Toyama sake! It's hard to buy in Tokyo, so I drank a lot 💪.

UO Junmai Ginjo is a new brand from Uozu Shuzo, the only sake brewery in Uozu!
It seems that only a limited number of liquor stores still carry it, so I purchased it in Takaoka city.
It has a slight acidity and, as the label and name suggest, goes perfectly with fish.

When I asked for another sake, he said, "Can I get you a Jyushidai for the same price? I was sobered up and checked the price.
When I came back sober, I checked the price and it was overturned. I'm glad I didn't check the price when I was drunk (when I sobered up afterwards and looked at the receipt, I found that it was served at a reasonable price). Of course it was delicious.
But I was so drunk that I don't remember the detailed taste, but I thought it was delicious with a glass of wine 😄.
