Wah~n!
This is a different type of Koyogiku. The aroma of a traditional sake brewery is fluffy, and when you put it in your mouth, it doesn't have much body, but it has a slight fizz and sourness.
This one was aged for one year at the brewery's ice temperature. I was told that this year's one is being labeled to rave reviews, so I'm looking forward to it 🦅.
Kouyougiku, no doubt about it!

I tasted this year's Hakugetsu, and unlike last year's, it was 12 degrees, with a refreshing acidity that left a lasting impression, making it easy to drink!
