We were allowed to taste it directly at the brewery and purchased it. The floral and slightly sweet taste is my personal favorite. The floral yeast is used and the flowery atmosphere matches me. It looks good as a gift. It also came with a choko (cup) so it was good to drink at a ryokan (Japanese inn)!

Found at a hidden izakaya in Kamakura. It is already hiyaoroshi season. It has a mellow and refreshing flavor. It is a very nice taste without the spiciness of sake.

M" with a never-before-seen purple label, as it is a regional sake from Niigata Prefecture. The palate has a melon-like sweetness that spreads softly, followed by a slightly crisp aftertaste. It has the atmosphere of a true Niigata sake. It is easy to drink and goes well with all kinds of food, but personally, I like to pair it with meat.
