However, it has the flavor and aroma of a daiginjo, but not the sharpness and freshness of a summer sake. It's a daiginjo to begin with, so I guess that's just how it is. It's not unpleasant, and as the day goes by, it becomes easier to drink.

Yamadanishiki produced in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is combined with a gorgeous aroma typical of Sumikawa Sake Brewery to create a refreshing aftertaste that goes down your throat. It is the perfect sake to drink during the hot summer season. The label features a summery sunflower pattern🌻🌻. and so on. As described, the Daiginjo aroma is only slightly subdued, but it is quite easy to drink. but it is quite easy to drink. It has a good sharpness and is good to drink chilled.
