Betsuraue Nakadori starts from the 2nd day.
I heard from the liquor store that the taste of Honjozo starts to grow from the third day, so I bought Betsuraue because I couldn't wait for three days.
90% of the awards at the awards ceremony are Honjozo.
Adjusted, gentle sweetness and umami is awesome!
It's good!
Day one, day two was just plain good, day three outstanding!
