Kumitate" means "freshly brewed" and the toji tastes it and bottles it! I went to the brewery to get a sake seal! The young and energetic brothers were working hard. Othello, the signboard buchineko (cat), was also there.

Ajimi Oden and more! I heard that the local brewery, Shimizu Sake Brewery in Kazo City, serves almost nothing except to the locals, but it is seriously delicious, so if you are in Kazo City, please try the Hanabishi from Shimizu Sake Brewery!
