I got it in the second prize of a gacha-gacha (one time 1,000 yen) at the Asama Sake Brewery's tourist center. The rice polishing ratio is 35%. It has a very fragrant, fruity ginjo aroma with hints of pear, melon, peach, and pineapple. The mouthfeel is light and soft, and it disappears quickly and leaves no aftertaste. It has the full aroma of a daiginjo, but it is also very tasty and gentle enough to be drunk as much as you like.

It seems that it was made based on the concept that "sweetness is umami", and you can feel a lot of sweetness. The aroma is full, but it is also crisp, so you can drink it without slacking off. Polishing ratio of Hyogo Nishiki is 60%.

Purchased at the brewery of Hinokimono-ya Shuzo in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. It is Miyamanishiki with 55% polished rice. The name "Koshikimine" is an ancient name for Mount Adatara. I had it lukewarm. I thought it would be sweet on the palate, but after it went down my throat, it turned out to be crisp and dry. It's a sake with a typical aromatic taste.

It looks like a souvenir from a tourist attraction, but it tastes like a solid daiginjo. It's crisp, full-bodied, and full of flavor. It was purchased at Jizake no Mori in Koriyama Station.

Purchased at Osaka-ya Shoten, right next to the Daishichi Sake Brewery in Fukushima Prefecture. When heated, the fresh aroma of the barrel increases. The rice is polished to a super flat 69%. It's dry and refreshing at 15 degrees, which is probably unique to honjozo.
