さかき
I got it in the second prize of a gacha-gacha (one time 1,000 yen) at the Asama Sake Brewery's tourist center.
The rice polishing ratio is 35%.
It has a very fragrant, fruity ginjo aroma with hints of pear, melon, peach, and pineapple.
The mouthfeel is light and soft, and it disappears quickly and leaves no aftertaste.
It has the full aroma of a daiginjo, but it is also very tasty and gentle enough to be drunk as much as you like.
