Fresh, sweet and sour. Gentle mouthfeel with a yogurt feel. There is no sense of gas when it is opened. Purchased at the Tachibanai Sake Shop in Fukushima City. →The next day, it has a petit petit feeling of gas. The aroma is like sweet sake.

At Sake Bar Korin in Iizaka Onsen, Fukushima Prefecture. I had it heated. It's refreshing and crisp without being sticky, and has a delicious flavor that makes it worth drinking.

This is the bottle on the right of the two we compared at Sake Bar Korin in Iizaka Onsen. It is a Daiginjo, but the Ginjo aroma is mild and the rice is strong. It is a full-bodied daiginjo.

The bottle on the left of the two bottles we compared. It is a commemorative brew of Hanazumi Shuzo and has the double name of Hanazumi and Roman. At the Sake Bar Korin in Iizaka Onsen, Fukushima Prefecture. It is gorgeous and fruity. It has a gentle aftertaste and a lingering finish that makes you want to sip it again.
