Purchased at the brewery of Hinokimono-ya Shuzo in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture.
It is Miyamanishiki with 55% polished rice.
The name "Koshikimine" is an ancient name for Mount Adatara.
I had it lukewarm.
I thought it would be sweet on the palate, but after it went down my throat, it turned out to be crisp and dry.
It's a sake with a typical aromatic taste.
