I don't know what it is, but it's good.
Will definitely buy again next year.
It has a nice mouthfeel, good umami and richness, and despite being a daiginjo, it also has a freshness to it.
It does not have the sultriness characteristic of daiginjos, so it does not get in the way of osechi dishes and can be drunk indefinitely.

takeshon-san Happy New Year 🎍New Year's greetings to you too 🤗
I'm going to start the new year with an unexpected drink 😆 I'm going to start with a bullet train on my way home 😋 what should I drink 🙄?
I️ bought a hiyayoroshi from a Tokyo brewery that happened to be left on the refrigerated shelf at my regular liquor store, and I️ made the right choice.
It has a good amount of umami and richness in a clean and slightly dry taste.
It went well with a meal (oden). It doesn't interfere with the meal! Can go as many cups as I want! I almost went into an endless loop.
I looked it up on the Internet and found that it sells out in a few weeks every year.
Since it is reasonably priced, I plan to stock up on a few bottles next year.

In the vein of Rokune Tiger Eye, I tried a different type of Rokune!
As stated in the product introduction
Soft drinking, beautiful sweetness with a clean aftertaste.
The sweetness spreads over time with a pleasant and relaxing mouthfeel.
It tastes even better if you drink it on different days.
My wife liked it very much.
It's a little dry for me, but it's definitely enjoyable!
I think it will become a staple in our home.
Next up is the Jade! ^_^

A very well-balanced sake that no one complains much about.
It does not interfere with food.
If it were served at a restaurant or given as a gift, I would drink it with pleasure. But at 3,300 yen for 720 ml, there are other options when buying it for yourself.

This is the first type of sake I've ever had.
Is it because it's Hanafuki? Is it because it is Shoroku's original yeast?
According to the "sake maniac" who introduced it to me, this yeast has a character that prevents the alcohol content from rising above 18%.
As a result, I think it is impossible to make it super dry, but even so, I enjoyed the indescribable taste of a refreshing mouthfeel with a good umami that lingers in the mouth and disappears quickly.
As you continue drinking, you can feel the punch of the wine, which is interesting.
It has an originality that cannot be compared to anything else.
I would like to try other Rokune as well.

Rice used: 100% Aomori grown Hanabukiyuki
Alcohol content: 16%.
Apparently it goes well with seafood.
Will definitely buy again next year!
I went to my usual liquor store to buy more of the drunken whale (Kouiku 54 Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu) because it was so good, but they were already sold out.
Then the clerk brought this out from the back 😊.
Thank you ‼️ this one is even better 😋.
The difference between ginjo and daiginjo is just as it should be.
I usually think "what's the point of a daiginjo⁉︎", but from now on, I will honestly choose daiginjos when it comes to drunken whale draft sake.

Not very dry.
Sake in the image of sake before I fell in love with sake.
I would enjoy it if it were served at an izakaya, but I would not go out to buy it myself in the future.
Lately, I have been liking nama-sake.
This Jinkuro, as expected, is fresh and unctuous, with plenty of the goodness of nama-shu!
You can even taste the goodness of the ministry as it goes down your throat.
Naturally, it has a clean aftertaste.
And yet it has umami and is very satisfying.
My wife raves about it. She says it's easy to drink and tastes great.
However, I think I may have chilled it a little too much, so I will try it again tomorrow.
I can't wait to taste it again (if there is any left).

This is delicious 😋.
In addition to the freshness of the unpasteurized sake, it has richness, flavor, and sharpness, and does not interfere with the meal.
It is completely different from the Junmai-shu of Drunken Whale! (Of course, the rice and the production method are different.
I think I will go to my usual liquor store tomorrow to buy more.

This was the first drunken whale junmai sake I tried on the recommendation of my usual liquor store.
To say the least, it is not my favorite.
It was the old-fashioned sake that my father made me drink when I was a kid.
I bought a bottle of fresh sake and a bottle of amazake, but I don't know if I can drink them all.

Nigori sake" following Kitayuki Junmai Ginjo!
This is good!
Good flavor, richness, and sharpness!
If you drank it blind, you wouldn't notice that it was nigori sake, because of its lack of clutter and elegance.
It is very easy to match with food.
This sake will be an absolute staple in our home.

The first time I drank Hokusetsu.
It exceeded my expectations.
It has a good amount of miscellaneous flavors and umami that only a ginjo can have.
The taste is refreshing. It has a pleasant sharpness.
I drank it with oden and sashimi, and it became an enjoyable and delicious meal without interfering at all.
A regular drink.

A friend with ties to Sukagawa City came to visit me with some sake from Koriyama as a gift.
It has a gentle mouthfeel like white wine.
Delicious!
The more I drank, the more the aroma of the rice opened up.
I don't know the rest because I found myself getting tongue-tied😅.
A bit of an unusual flavor.
Great starter.
