It is sharp and easy to drink. Easy to match with meals. It's also a perfect match for our cheese spring rolls👌. This is a very dry wine, but I don't think it's "super" dry. I'm not sure I can guess the brand name on a sake tasting. I'll drink it if it's served at home. 3.6

It has the richness and flavor of a daiginjo. It's one of those sakes where you can tell that a lot of time and care went into making it. I drank it with a meal as usual, but it doesn't seem to be a sake to be drunk that way. I think it was the right choice for me to savor it by myself, using only razor clams and salt as snacks. It was described as "dry" at the store, but it was not. It's made to be sharp, but more than that, you can feel the richness and flavor. It is truly mellow. 4.1

Unfortunately, it's not my favorite. It's called "Dry Special Junmai Sake", but is it dry? The only thing that impresses me is how gooey and unpleasant it is to the touch. There is no richness or umami, but you can feel the alcohol. --------------------- The next day, I drank the remainder of the bottle and found it to be pleasantly pungent. I'm not sure I'd want to buy it again myself, though. Self-rating 2.2

A saleswoman at a department store recommended it to me at the beginning of October, and it was so good that I opened a bottle I had bought the next day. It is still delicious. 😃. I can drink as much as I want because it has a soft and rich flavor with a nice finish! It's not available anymore, and they don't know if the department store will be able to stock it next year or not. I️ hope I can drink it again next year. Self rating 4.3

I like it better than Harushika Hiyaoroshi. You can feel the richness and the umami well. I enjoyed it with a salad of yam, tuna and lettuce. It is more refreshing and easy to drink than Hiyoroshi. No sourness is felt. The dryness is zero. Self-rating: 3.1

Good flavor, but ordinary. It doesn't go well with rice. It would be better to enjoy it with snacks than with meals. It's a hiyaoroshi, so it's not made to be dry, but it's not a sake to enjoy its sharpness. I bought it by the package without thinking about it, but it's not my favorite type. Every year, Reito's Toji brews as he pleases, and this is a limited edition of the year's sake. To be honest, I've never heard of this system before this year. The 2033 version is a Junmai Daiginjo made with 49% Yamadanishiki rice polished to 49% and was released from the brewery in September and served in early October. Good😋. Easy to drink. It is mellow and full-bodied. It has a clean throat and a good flavor. It's what you'd call a modern orthodox Japanese style sake 🍶. The brand name suggests that this sake is intended as a gift⁉︎ Naturally, those who receive it will be happy to hear that it is delicious. It has a taste that is easily accepted by everyone. You won't be embarrassed to give it as a gift. From now on, I think I'll buy a bottle every year to try and enjoy the differences. However, it's not the type that makes me want to stock up on several bottles for myself. Self-rating 3.0

Good on the palate👍. Good impact. Full-bodied. It is not dry. It is not light. But I like it. Sasa-kababoko goes well with it. It's 50/50 whether I'll repeat it or not. Of course it's not bad, but I have too much sake to drink. Self-rating 2.8

This is the first time to buy Shirakaba Nishiki. I bought it for the first time to enjoy the sourness. It is not bad. I can enjoy the aroma. But I can't feel the umami clearly. It is neither mellow nor light. I was a little puzzled because I was not used to drink this taste. This time, I had it at room temperature, but next time, I'd like to try it at a chilled temperature.
