東京都在住 暇になってきたので美味しそうな日本酒を探して飲み始めました。このアプリを参考にいろいろ試したいですね。 火入れをしないモダン系の日本酒が基本的に多く買ってますが、要冷蔵のため冷蔵庫に入れてます。横に保管すると噴き出すものもあり立てていれてます。四合瓶でもあまり入れられないからレマコム欲しい。

This is the first time I've had it, but the slightly sweet, moderate acidity and bitterness spread out in a well-balanced manner, and it was surprisingly well received. KANGIKU OCEAN99 SnowSea Nigori Unrefined Nama-Shu Rice : Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio : 50 Alcohol content : 13 Note: Open the bottle at ⚠️ and let it settle down, close the bottle once because of the cloudiness that rises. It has a light sweetness and umami with low alcohol content, like a juice! The best ever! Unusually, the bottle is a screw stopper, whereas last year it was an open stopper.

The sake was pressed at midnight today, and a local liquor store picked it up and we can drink it today! It is fresh and crisp, with a moderate acidity and a refreshing fatness.
