東京都在住 暇になってきたので美味しそうな日本酒を探して飲み始めました。このアプリを参考にいろいろ試したいですね。 火入れをしないモダン系の日本酒が基本的に多く買ってますが、要冷蔵のため冷蔵庫に入れてます。横に保管すると噴き出すものもあり立てていれてます。四合瓶でもあまり入れられないからレマコム欲しい。

Cosmos Akisakura 2022 Namahashime Kiouke Junmai Miraculously, a nearby liquor store had it on sale at a premium price, so I bought it. I couldn't open the bottle, but I took the plunge and opened it. Mild sweetness and nice acidity. Screw stopper type

Junmai Daiginjo Peach Color Nigori Repeat purchase this year! Open the bottle slowly for about 30 seconds at ⚠️ The taste is sweet and sour like carbonated juice. The nigori portion is as small as last year's. The alcohol content is 11%, which makes it refreshing to drink. Pray for 2024 Junmai Daiginjo Aizan 40 Nakadori Nama-shu A little expensive, but a rewarding bottle. Elegant sweetness and Kangiku-like acidity. Satisfied because I couldn't buy it the previous year. Utsunokubi type

Takahashi Sake Brewery. Purchased at Niigata Antenna Shop, 1 gou (1:1) bottle Polishing ratio: 70% Sake degree: -27 It's not as sweet as I thought it would be. It's supposed to go well with chocolate, but I didn't buy any chocolate, so I'll get some next time! I wondered how it would taste with warmed sake, but it seems to be better at room temperature. Kijoshu REMIX IMAYA HANPUKUITAI 2024 The sweetness of kijoshu is completely absent, and the acidity and minerality are refreshing, probably because it has an alcohol content of 11%. A type of sake that has been well received by consumers.
