100% Hana Mochi Tasake is my favorite sake that I sometimes drink and enjoy. This was the first time I got a bottle of Tasake with an autumnal label. At first, the taste was a little different, but at the core, it was a bottle of Tasake that had a Tasake-like quality to it.

Junmai Daiginjo made with 100% Hakutsuru Nishiki Hakutsuru-nishiki? I heard it is also used for Toyo Bijin and Jyushidai... I wonder if it also has a fruity taste... I'm looking forward to the day when I open the bottle 😊.

A handsome gift A brand I actually didn't know about. It has a very good taste. I guess it's a bit strong for a Junmai Daiginjo... It was often on the autumn menu.

Hakurakusei that I drank at some restaurant. When I ordered it to drink at home, I found that the recommended temperature for refrigeration is -5 to 5 degrees Celsius. I wonder if it will be okay in our refrigerator... I must drink it soon!
