Gassan芳醇辛口純米

It is golden in color, has little to no scent, and has a mild umami flavor when drunk with little acidity. When paired with chicken cutlets and pickles, the flavor is more extensive than when served on its own. Gassan Izumo, which has different specifications, can be served on its own, but this is a food sake! I should have tried heating it up to the recommended temperature 😋 It is 70% and seems to be packed with flavor.

The upper aroma is slightly sweet, and it enters the mouth smoothly and disappears with a gentle sweetness and acidity. It is not sharp, but slowly fades away. When drunk in a wine glass, it has a scent like white peaches! It is a modern type of wine, different from the mellow dry type of the same Tokujun. It is delicious. ☺️

Kure is the bonito town of Tosa, Kochi. As a sake that fishermen can enjoy on the boat, it has a strong flavor in Kochi sake, which is mainly light and dry. It is my favorite sake💕. The aroma is elegant ginjo, and when you drink it, it has the robustness (sweetness?) of a pure sake. And as expected, it is very sharp. It is very drinkable. Therefore, I thought it is not the type of sake that can be drunk easily. Even though it is sharp, it is still 18 degrees Celsius! It goes well with fatty bonito, of course, but I think it would also go well with red meat.

The aroma is like muscat, and when you drink it, the sweetness and umami come over you. It has a slightly tangy and fizzy taste, and finishes with a slight bitterness. Delicious...✨I guess it's sweet-umami after a summer. It's darker than the usual Bunkajin 😋.

I am now interested in a local sake from Kochi. I enjoyed the sweetness of the Omachi and the sharp (not too sharp) aftertaste, and it was a sake that both food and drink went well with. On the second day, I could taste the upfront aroma and acidity of the rice, which was almost absent on the first day. I was also very happy to find this sake at an antenna store, as I had been waiting for it since I found it on a trip to Kochi and didn't buy it (first photo) 🤣.

Gorgeous and elegant aroma ✨When you take a sip, you will be overwhelmed with juicy sweetness and acidity, just as you would expect. The mouth is filled with a sizzling sensation. The acidity lingers in the aftertaste. Peach? Melon? If you drink it in a cool wine glass, you can feel the good aroma even more. It was a taste that also filled my heart 🌸.

This is about the third time I've bought a four-pack. I like this sake. The top-tasting aroma is faintly refreshing. When you drink it, the mild acidity and umami spread and become sharp. The aftertaste is just a little bitterness. It may be a characteristic of dewy-leaf style, but it is my favorite lingering taste. There is almost no sweetness. It is not a modern style, but it is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own or nestled in a meal. ☺️

Yamawa's summer limited edition sake. It is just the beginning of the rainy season, but you can feel the arrival of summer. The label is simple and expresses the sharpness of Yamawa. The aroma on the nose is of sweet rice, not too strong even for a pure sake, but just a hint of it. When you drink it, the sweetness and umami...sorry, I felt the strength was weaker than last year, but it is well-balanced. There is a slight lingering aftertaste and sharpness. Personally, I didn't drink it on the rocks this time because I felt it would be too weak, but it was excellent during a meal and I finished it ✨.

I found this at a local liquor store! Nabeshima special honjozo, about 2,700 yen for a bottle, tax included! I had no choice but not to drink it. It's fire-aged, but it's more fun because it says to be careful when opening the bottle. The aroma is slightly sweet and fresh when you drink it, and the flavor and acidity are well balanced. I think it's too cosy...

I like it, it's delicious! but have you ever forgotten what it tastes like? I had forgotten how good it was.... It has almost no top notes and comes in smoothly, but the umami and acidity come through and finish it off. There is a slight lingering bitterness. It does not need to be flashy. It is thick, thin, and versatile with meals. More umami than the Betsuatsurae. I will never forget this taste!

Purchased at Kamakura Yamadaya. Kurei is my favorite sake. While I've been curious about melon patterns, leopard patterns, and every year, this is my first giraffe pattern 🦒. The top aroma is sweet rice and fruity like melon. It is not 🍎. When I sipped it, I could feel the sweetness, bitterness and creaminess! But it cuts through and has a pleasant, refreshing aftertaste. It's raw, but the flavor didn't fade even at room temperature. I enjoyed the variety of flavors 😋😋😋😋.

Although it is a junmai ginjo, it is 50% polished and has a fresh aroma with a gentle sweetness and sharpness, even though it is a draft sake. The aftertaste is short and slightly bitter. ✨Personally, I found it lacking, but I finished it easily. It was not as good with strong flavored dishes, but went well with dried kinme fish. As the label says, it is made in a ginjo-style tank pressing, which takes a lot of time and effort 😋.

Sake rice/Hitanishiki Rice polishing ratio/65 Alcohol/ 20 degrees Celsius It has a sweet aroma of rice, and when you drink it, the umami flavor comes in and finishes with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content is high and the sake is very strong, but even at room temperature, there is no unpleasant aroma and the sweetness does not become bland! It goes well with thickly seasoned simmered kama and is a perfect drink 😋.

It has been a long time since I came across it. The color is slightly yellowish. The top aroma is a gentle sweetness of rice. When you drink it, the floral aroma is stronger than the initial aroma, and the umami spreads. The lingering aftertaste is not long but bitter and sharp. Various sensations come and go. I concentrated on the first sip with the assumption that it would be uploaded to Sakenawa 😂I like this sake.

It is not sake! What a fragrant and sweet aroma ✨I first had it with soda. When I drank it with hot water, the aroma was so strong that I could smell it for a while. I like sweetpotato shochu, but I don't like barley shochu, and I had avoided drinking it with hot water because of its aroma, but I followed the brewery's recommendation. But I tried it according to the brewery's recommendation. I personally think it has a refreshing aroma that is not too assertive, unlike the barley shochu I have had so far. I like it with heated sake or shochu with hot water. I am happy.

Although there is little to no top notes, a gentle sweetness spreads when you drink it, and you can also detect fresh fruit aromas, and it finishes gently. The lingering aftertaste is moderately long, which I like. Then, it calls for the next cup. Refreshing, sweet and delicious. Perfect as a food sake. I finished it in no time at all ✨.

Brewed in 2020, 100% Yamada-Nishiki, 75% polished rice! It has the expected drinkability. The top aroma is of sweet rice. When you drink it, you will taste sweetness and strong umami! The aftertaste is sharp. As one would expect from a 75% rice blend, there is a good balance of umami and sharpness. When heated, it was more sharp than when cold. It smelled a little of alcohol when it was hot, but as it cooled down, I enjoyed the warmth of the taste. Goes well with strong flavored food.

Toko's winter limited edition sake, apparently distributed only in Yamagata and Fukushima. The label with a discreet snow symbol and the austere Toko letters are also a nice touch. I am not a fan of cloudy sake, which is too sweet and tastes sluggish, but I was attracted by the limited edition, so I gave it a try. When I drank it, it was indeed a mellow sweet sake. However, the fizzy and sharp taste will make you drink the next cup. It also goes well with strong flavored food. I think it is a good type to drink as soon as you open it. I bought it again as a New Year's greeting 😋.

Purchased at Kakeda Shoten in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Pref. After hiking around the area, Mt. The woman who explained the sake to us was very knowledgeable, and thanks to her, we decided on a sake we had no idea about. She said "This is a strange sake" in response to my request that I like umami more than aroma and that I would like it heated. I think Nara sake has a wide range of styles from modern to traditional. It was sweet and juicy when the bottle was just opened! It has a strong sweetness, probably due to the four-stage brewing process. It is a bit sweet because of the four-stage brewing process, but I wonder if it will become sweeter if it is exposed to air. Then the sweetness became stronger. I heated it up and drank it all.

Mitsui's Kotobuki with a strong impression of slam dunk Mich. Another eye-catching etiquette. Cicada, shikada in English, this is chicara in 🇮🇹 language. I remember how hot it was this summer. I bought a bottle thinking that although it was nigori, if it was a summer sake, it would have a nice sharp taste for a few months. It exceeded my expectations! It is indeed sharp, but the aroma is fresh and sweet like green apples, but when you drink it, the flavor is delicious and food goes down the drain. It is indeed sharp, but the top aroma is fresh and sweet like a green apple, but when you drink it, it is delicious. Thank you for the sake. ☺️
