In addition, it is not as sweet as the aroma. Although it does not have much sharpness due to its structure, it can be used as a food wine without disturbing the taste of the food. It can be served with dark dishes as well, such as yellowtail stewed in broth. The aftertaste is slightly sweet. It is 70% Tsuyahime and has umami. It is delicious.
