ぷぷBrewed in 2020, 100% Yamada-Nishiki, 75% polished rice! It has the expected drinkability. The top aroma is of sweet rice. When you drink it, you will taste sweetness and strong umami! The aftertaste is sharp. As one would expect from a 75% rice blend, there is a good balance of umami and sharpness.
When heated, it was more sharp than when cold. It smelled a little of alcohol when it was hot, but as it cooled down, I enjoyed the warmth of the taste. Goes well with strong flavored food.
