ぷぷAlthough it is a junmai ginjo, it is 50% polished and has a fresh aroma with a gentle sweetness and sharpness, even though it is a draft sake. The aftertaste is short and slightly bitter. ✨Personally, I found it lacking, but I finished it easily. It was not as good with strong flavored dishes, but went well with dried kinme fish. As the label says, it is made in a ginjo-style tank pressing, which takes a lot of time and effort 😋.
