Citrusy, with hints of orange and lemon. Unadulterated, unfiltered and unadjusted, so there is a cloudiness in the air. The soft and gentle flavor spreads and quietly recedes. Left Oshin is my favorite flavor, but it is hard to find because it is not widely distributed 💦. but it is hard to find because of its limited distribution💦. 100% Maikaze from Gunma Prefecture is used. A refreshing sweetness and a gaseous sensation fills the mouth. It has a clean aftertaste, so you will not get tired of drinking it. Less fruity aroma than the pink label Junmai Ginjo While the fruity aroma is moderate compared to the pink label Junmai Ginjo, the sweetness is very strong. We recommend the No. 4 bottle because you can enjoy the gaseous sensation until the end. Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 16%.

I was not sure about the Omachi Junmai Daiginjo, but I was told that this one was limited edition. I was curious about Akita Sake Komachi, so I chose this one👍. As a lover of mellow sake, I was very satisfied with this bottle. It has a rich flavor reminiscent of peaches and cherries with a clean and crisp finish. Interesting contrast with Kameizumi, which uses the same CEL24 yeast. Although this one is less pineapple-like but the combination with the flavor of the sake rice "Gin no Yume" is exquisite. You can enjoy the complex flavor. Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 15%.
