I have always wanted to try a bottle made with 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo's special A district. As the name suggests, it has a lustrous taste, and the flavor and aroma of the rice spreads quickly in the mouth. The aftertaste is also refreshing and recedes vividly. It is truly a beautiful and refreshing sake, as you can imagine from its appearance.

That's good 😆. No question it's good 😆. It's so thick with Nanko plum pulp that it's literally bubbling over! It's good on the rocks, but if you try it with milk, it's great✨. I'm sure it would also be great with soda.
