Sake I drank a while ago. Mikotsuru Dry Junmai I drank this sake for the first time. It is a good sake for everyday drinking. I like to have a bottle of this kind of sake to enjoy the changes. I probably drank on Sunday, May 12. Nanasho is my favorite brewery. I bought Kaneti again this year. It has a delicious sweetness that comes from its fullness. It is delicious on its own. I wish it had a little more acidity. But it can also be used as a food sake. It is a Kanaechi after all. It is delicious. The second sake for firefly squid. This sake has been sitting in the front row of a convenience store for several months. Even the label is peeling and chipped. But I don't care. I received a large amount of fresh firefly squid, but there was no sake stock at home, so I went for a run to a convenience store to buy some. I went to the convenience store after running about 6 km at a fast pace. I was a little embarrassed because I was sweating waterfalls from my head while stocking up at the convenience store (lol). One of the remaining two bottles of the same one from Beian Daikoku. The forty-seventh one. I was so impressed with Yamazan's "light nigori" the other day that I opened a bottle of sake that I had stocked up on later. As soon as I opened the bottle, the aroma hit me. I am getting sharpened, right? (lol). Transparent. Slightly greenish. Slightly bubbly and unfiltered appearance. Delicious and beautiful sake. However, it did not impress me like a light nigori. I bought it not knowing it was light nigori. When I took it out of the refrigerator, there was lees. I realized it was nigori. A light, faint powdery snow drifted on the surface. Many of Beian Daikoku's drinks are sweet. My favorite Nanasho Kaneti was on sale and I wanted to buy that, but it was a bottle, so I went with Beian Daikoku. The sake level was not written on the bottle, but I thought it might be -5. But I bought it. I should have searched on my phone before buying it. It had a slight yellow tint. Atmosphere and thickening that reminds me of unfiltered sake. The jamb is strong. Yup. Sweet. But it is delicious. When I'm tired, it's a heartwarming drink.
