Famima's Alcoholic Beverages Because it is a convenience store, it seems like it is full of aged alcohol. It is hard to generalize, but to avoid any danger, I often look closely at the year of manufacture of alcoholic beverages in convenience stores. Shirakaba-nishiki, I have never heard of it. It is also the first time for me to drink sake here. It is slightly yellow. Slightly greenish. It is my favorite sake from Famima. It's nice. I thought to myself. Even if it's sake from a convenience store, there are people who grow rice for sake, so we can enjoy delicious sake like this. Thanks to the farmers. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Shirakaba-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content : 17 Place of Origin :Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture Content : 180ml Production Date : 2023.07.A GI Nagano

Masumi again When I say "Masumi", I have an image of hiyaoroshi Oh, no, it's arabashiri, isn't it? Slightly brownish in color Mild but rich aroma Soft attack, gentle and full-bodied. No strong sense of maturity or twistedness. It has a fresh, youthful feel only from hiya oroshi. A little bit matured and matured person. It's a very delicious sake with that kind of feeling. I wish it had more fullness, But that might make it a tiring sake. Later, drink it lukewarm. It spreads just right and is also delicious! This hiyaoroshi is my favorite Masumi so far! Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malted rice (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 55 Yeast used: No.7 strain in-house yeast Alcohol content : 15 Content : 720ml Production Date : 2023.08

Masumi Masumi doesn't drink much. I drank it a few times, but it didn't seem to suit me. But for some reason, I wanted to try it and bought it. It has a yellowish color. It is a light thatch color. The aroma is in tune with the color. And the taste. The aroma and taste were not my favorite until now. But now, yes. It's good. Maybe I am growing up. The alcohol content is a little low, but I don't feel it so much. I bought another Masumi, so I'm looking forward to it. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 70%. Yeast used: No. 7 strain in-house yeast Alcohol content : 14 Content : 720ml Production Date : 2023.06

My favorite Matsunotsu no Kotobuki My favorite Omachi among them. A little cloudy. The aroma is not so strong. The attack is as thick as you would expect from the color tone. The aroma that goes into the nose is delicious. But something is missing. It was a pity that I was not impressed because I love Matsunotsuyu Yumachi. Ingredients : rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used : 100% Omachi Rice polishing ratio: 55 Yeast used: K1401 Alcohol Content : 16 Sake Degree : +3 Acidity: 2.0 Water used for brewing: Home-spring water at the foot of the plateau (very soft water) Brewer : Nobutaka Matsui (Touji Shimono) Content : 720ml Production Date : March, 2023 Year of release from the brewery : 2023.4

The Iyari I drank the other day was so good that I bought another one. As usual, it's cold and flowery Smell the aroma It doesn't stand up very well. The color is a pale yellow. The taste is not sweet, but well structured and complex. No wonder, it's different from the last Iyari I'd like to enjoy the changes of this one from cool to cool to cold to sun-heated. But I don't have much time today, so time out! Ingredients : rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used: Hitogochi 100%. Mikotsuru is my favorite sake. It's fire-brewed, but it's a good sake on its own. It's a little sweet and doesn't go well with food. Completely my own fault. Sake is very good! I often avoid Beian Daigoku because of its sweetness (although I say that, I buy it a lot because it's a local sake lol), but when I heard it was a limited edition from a certain store, I bought it. I usually don't pay attention when I hear about a limited edition, but this store is great because they have good sake in a small corner of a casual supermarket. If it is a limited edition from such a store, it is a drinker's role to contribute and return the favor. Regular sake that I don't usually drink. It was a gift. When I tried to drink it, my wife opened the bottle and it was already very low (lol). Well, it was a gift from my wife. It's good. It's good. I drank this sake with Otters, but it's up now and then. I wonder if it's the kind they often have at izakaya or something. I think it's a house wine kind of thing. It was the first time I drank it at home. I wish I could always have this kind of unpretentious alcohol on hand. Manamusume...I have never heard of it. It's edible rice! My son's wife is also my beloved daughter. Thank you. The day of the Ox in Doyou. On the way home from swimming in the sea, I bought some eels at the supermarket. I thought it was too good to drink with broiled eel, but my wife and I were going to enjoy drinking today! So we opened the bottle. Drank at a beach house. It was neither junmai nor honjozo. Just a cup. Sipping a cup of cold sake. It was good. It was better than the one cup I drank at the same place last year. Maybe it was at Tsukifumi no Ike, but it was better this year. We enjoyed another glass of sake. Alcohol content: 15%. Content: 180ml Year of manufacture: April 2023

I received a mid-year gift from my daughter-in-law's father. I got it cold (room temperature) right away from Kubota, which I drank the other day. I always drink sake cold, unless it's a winter drinking party. It's so good. It's good at room temperature. Another wine story. There are many wines that I enjoy as the temperature rises and they open up. I wish I could enjoy sake the same way. I would like to be able to enjoy Japanese Sake the same way. The difference from the last time 300ml Production date: July 2023 WG Maybe it doesn't matter much because it's a screw cap, but with wine, a half aged faster than a full with a cork stopper. 20+ years ago, it was common knowledge and feeling. Corks may be of different quality now than in the past, though. So, I tried to list the content amount for now. I don't have that kind of sense or palate at all, though (laugh).

Many of Kitayasu Brewing's sakes are sweet. That's why I, a dry sake lover, tend to shy away from them. But I was drawn to the name "Iyari," which means "Iyari Marsh. Iyari-ri is the Iyari Marsh. The water from Iyari-ri is used as tap water in some areas of Omachi City. The water is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. Like white wine. The disk is thick and the jamb is strong. There are suspended solids. Yellow peach aroma, fruity. Mouth-filling attack. Tropical flavor. Not unpleasant sweetness, but broad, deep, and delicious. It is delicious. The second cup. What about the impression I had just had? It's good, but... It's a waste, but I'll try heating it up. It's good, too. 720ml Production date: April 2023 (same as the shipping date) Rice used: 100% Hitogochiki Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 16%. Sake meter: -3 Acidity: 2.0 Amino acidity: 1.6 Yeast: Association No. 701 Oh, I didn't know there was this much information on the back label.

Attack is a fresh sensation Is it because of Kinmon-nishiki, which I don't usually drink? The aroma was mild, but it gradually opens up. Ono Sake Brewery's Dawn Mae, which is so famous around me. This one, like Kubota, is something I avoid. I avoid it because I don't want to be meek, though, I think I drank an interesting Dawn Mae a while ago, but I don't think I liked it. I don't think I liked it... I'm forgetful. I used to be able to remember almost every wine I drank. In a good way, I enjoy drinking properly. So, I'm recording it to let the circle of drink memorize it because I'm forgetful these days, lol. Contents 720ml Production date: April 2023 Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15
