It's a hot summer. Natsunokotobuki, an interesting name that makes me want to pick it up, but I would have liked to see it around July if possible. It is a delicious sake that you will want to keep in your fridge for the hot, hot summer ahead, and drink it in the summer afternoon when the heat is on. We enjoyed it very much. Kiso sake fits my blood. I thought it might be a light type because of its slightly lower alcohol content, but it looked good so I bought it. 50-50-90%...is the rice polishing ratio 59%? The label on the back says 55%...I'm not sure. I'm an amateur, so I guess I'll have to compare them at the same time to see the difference. Rice grown by the president of the company I don't care about such a tasty title (I don't care, I bought it because of it (lol)), but the sake, which seems to be full of love, was still very tasty. The low alcohol content did not bother me at all. It is delicious. Sake best after opening the bottle. Best served cold or chilled Best served cold or chilled. Ingredients : Rice (Nagano Prefecture), Rice malt (Nagano Prefecture) Rice used : 100% Yamae-Nishiki in-house grown rice produced in Yoshino, Kiso-gun, Kiso-gun Sake Rice Producer : Shunzo Minami, Sake Brewer Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content : 14 Content : 720ml Production Date : 2025.05

Beian Daikoku has a lot of sweet drinks. I used to avoid them, but recently I often pick them up. But recently, however, I often pick up a bottle. I guess I've learned that they make sweet but tasty sake. I often see sake stored in the snow, but this one looks delicious. I was drawn in by the words "sold by a distributor," and bought it. It was sweet, but delicious. It is very good for the body after a long day's play. I was soaked to the skin after a long day's play. Hi Jay & Nobby❗ I felt like it would be cute if I let you swing it in the car and carry it, but I let you go out to see if it was one of the best TPO's 🤭. Is it one of the hardest ones to buy? When I went to the store later, it was sold out 😮.

★☆☆☆ I usually can't afford the price, but I bought it because I remember the Aomonji D I drank before was delicious and also because it was Yumachi. I opened the bottle, forgetting that it was Omachi. When I took a sip, I liked it. I confirmed the cepage. Omachi (lol) But it doesn't go well with today's rice. It's not my mood right now. But as the meal progresses, I drink more and more sake. The more I drink, the more I drink. I was suddenly curious and searched for the wine term "aeration. But I couldn't find the word. It seems to be called "aeration" now. I think I read "aeration" in a book a long time ago. I was so curious about why it wasn't aeration in terms of that action, so it's a solid memory. We didn't have smart phones back then, and the internet wasn't very popular. French wine was the textbook standard, so I took the liberty of interpreting it as a katakana reading of French. Maybe that's right. Language changes with the times. It's totally fine." Like that, I guess (laughs). Ingredients : Rice (Nagano rice), Rice malt (Nagano rice) Rice used: 100% Omachi Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content : 15 Content : 720ml Production Date : 2025.07.A

It's that time of year again. Ordering drinks at the beach house. Then, a surprised "Japanese! I asked in surprise. I reply, "Yes, sake. A staff member asks another staff member, "Yes! ... "Yes, there is! Sasu!", the kind of crap you hear every year. That must be how rare it is to order sake at a beach house.... I think every year they put up a menu that says sake. I'm the one who wants to be surprised, lol. Anyhow, we had a delicious Tsukimizu-no-ike this year as well. Misuzu only drinks occasionally. Maybe it's the etiquettes, but I feel like it's hard to reach for. But I like Omachi, and it's dry, so my hand naturally went for it! And it's still delicious! After a few days, it was even better! I guess this is the real Omachi from Okayama, or maybe I just don't realize it, but most of the Omachi sake I've had so far has been made from rice grown in Okayama Prefecture. I'm not sure. My favorite Matsunotsu no Kotobuki Interesting sake sold at the store Sober Matsunokotos *Our ratio (lol) Indeed, the label is super plain. The bottle is also plain? No, it's not. Slightly cloudy gray and beautiful. Certainly the aroma and taste are subdued for Matsukoto. But compared to our company's products (laugh). It has a nice, calm taste for Matsukoto. A sake that never tires Ingredients : rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used : 100% Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio : 55 Yeast used : Tochigi Prefecture yeast ND-6 Alcohol content : 16 Sake degree : -0.5 Acidity: 1.8 Water used for brewing: Home-brewed spring water (ultra-soft water) at the foot of Mt. I usually don't buy a lot of Iwanami Slightly yellow Aroma not so spectacular Take a sip. Ah, this is good. It is a little sweet, probably due to its high alcohol content, but it also has a little sake-like taste, which is pleasant and not tiring. It's pleasant. The Honjozo has 18% alcohol by volume. I want to drink this one too. The Shirotaki Sake Brewery is known for its Kamizenjosui, a sake for izakaya (Japanese style pubs). This is a sake from the Shirotaki Brewery that can be drunk on the rocks. It is a sake that is easy to drink. It is also good as a countermeasure against heat stroke. But that doesn't mean it's good for heat stroke. This sake was a Father's Day gift from my daughter (my son's wife). I haven't been able to do anything fatherly, but I'm so glad that she cares about me. Thank you very much! This was surprisingly the first Masumi Suzumisake I purchased. It is a little low in alcohol content, and rather than enjoying the growth of the sake, I would rather drink it on the porch in the early afternoon in summer when there is nothing to worry about. Surprisingly, it can be served not only cold, but also cold or even warmed. I enjoyed it very much. I thought of that, but by the time I bought it at home, it was too late to buy a label. Come to think of it, the label was squishy by the time I got home after buying it. It's already extremely hot, isn't it?
