Kozan is often a sweet sake.
So, as a person who prefers dry sake, I tend to avoid it a little.
However, I was attracted by the words "aged for 3 years" and bought it.
First, I drank only the supernatant.
It was not as sharp as decanting wine.
I just left the bottle lying down in the refrigerator and poured it directly into a glass, and it became very cloudy.
It's much, much cloudier than it was.
Hana-Yuzu
Fruity aroma.
Sip it, and you can feel a slight fizziness. Mmmm, delicious!
The balance of sweetness and sourness is very good.
Drink it cloudy. It is also delicious. But I prefer it slightly cloudy.
I also tried drinking it warmed up to the skin. It is also delicious.
It doesn't feel like it's been aged for 3 years, it feels fresh.
It looks and feels like a young man.
I feel happy and a little sad (lol).
It is probably because it has a good balance of cloudiness, sweetness, and acidity.
