Taisukei is a brand that is often drunk at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). If the menu says "Nama-shu", there is a high probability that you will find a 300ml bottle of Taisukei with a blue label. Next is Hakuba Nishiki with a white label that says "Nama" on it. I drink a little bit of Taisetsukei, but this was the first time I saw this Taisetsukei. Well, I guess I have seen other bottles in the price range that I can't afford, but they have disappeared from my memory (lol). Excuse me, but I didn't have high expectations because the price wasn't that high for the box it came in. When I opened the bottle and smelled the aroma while it was cold, I was like, "Whoa! I was surprised. It has a nice ginjo aroma. The taste is full but not too assertive. On the third day, it is a little bit down, but it is still delicious. The aroma is very good. Ingredients: rice (Nagano), rice malt (Nagano) Rice Polishing Ratio: 59 Alcohol content : 15 Content : 720ml Production Date : 2024.11.A
