Although the rice and polish are the same as in "Natsu no Shippou", which I drank in early summer, the sourness disappears and the elegant ginjo aroma spreads in the mouth over the course of a summer, making it easier to drink.
I discovered Sakai's local sake at a standing bar in Osaka Honmachi. Sakai City is my hometown, but I didn't know it had local sake. I did some research and found out that Sakai City has a long history of sake production, and there were nearly 100 breweries in the Meiji era (1868-1912). However, they all went out of business in the middle of the Showa era, and it was only a few years ago that the Sakaiizumi Sake Brewery was established.
We visited the brewery, which has now been renamed the Rikyu Brewery. From the outside, it looks more like a small factory than a sake brewery. However, you can tell from the tank and the cedar balls that it is a sake brewery.
They also sell directly to the public, and today I bought a basic junmai sake with 70% rice polishing ratio and drank it at home.
It's a great sake that gives you the full flavor of the rice. Thanks for the treat😊!
This year's Bon Festival is in a stay-home!
Buy a bottle for drinking at home😊.
It's fruity and delicious without being cloying.
This is too cosy for 3,000 yen ♫
The moment you take a sip...
This is sake
A lovely light pink color with berry acidity and sweetness.
It has an elegant finish that doesn't stick to the nose.
Is this a wine?
I surrender to the depth of sake that wine doesn't have 😆 .
We had a moment at Kakomo after work after a consecutive holiday.
Tonight we started with a bottle of Manotsuru Dry Junmai. The degree of Japanese sake in the unpasteurized sake is +20 degrees❗️
The cup goes on swiftly.
Let's get on with the week 💪😆
Purchased for the four weekends starting tomorrow, for drinking at home ♫
The back label said, 'Enjoy a refreshing sourness that is summery and refreshing'.
Yes! I'll be sure to enjoy it 😁.
Tonight with pickled water eggplant 👍
Kai's Sake "Fu-Rin Misan
The name is a reference to "Fu-Rin-Kazan", the flagship product of the Kai warlord Takeda Shingen...
It was indeed a swift and breezy drink 😁.
Kyoto Fushimi Momoyama, Kyoto, to meet an old friend.
We left early and got off at Chushojima Station to take a walk around the Fushimi Sake Brewery. I had a tasting of sake at Gekkeikan and Kizakura while heading north.
I ordered a limited edition "Koto Sennen Usu-Nigori" at the Ginjo Sake Shop Aburachou in the Otesuji Shopping Arcade.
The freshness of the raw sake combined with its pearly glow made it delicious ♫
It was a happy day that was completely made up by the time I met my old friend... 😅
It's summer sake again today.
A long time ago, summer was always draught beer, but nowadays, there is a refreshing summer sake on the market, which is great! It is.
But it's a beer first 😅.
One of the pleasures of stopping at a standing bar near the office.
They serve three small bowls of Harushika's ultra-dry katakuchi and three small dishes to go with the sake. That's just one coin!
It's not extremely dry, but it has a refreshing taste that complements the snacks.
I can't stop drinking it.
A few days ago, I got a notice from a liquor store I've become an on line friend of, that "Saku" has arrived in stock. I ran over to the liquor store and found it was already sold out.
I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori Standard for the first time in a while and drank it at home...happy.
I thought, "This guy doesn't always betray me..." lol.
I got a bottle of Ohmine Junmai One-Cup from the liquor store! Many thanks to the ministry!
