I bought it at a liquor store after being told that this was the same brew as the limited edition brew that was only available at the brewery, but with a fire. I like to drink it cold, so I tried it chilled, but it tasted better at room temperature or lukewarm, as the directions say.

Contrary to the vigorous popping sound when the bottle was opened, there was almost no sense of gas. I thought it was not like a noble sake because the impression on the palate was a little vague, but the next day, the flavor suddenly increased and it became more like a traditional sake brewery. HANA is brewed in Gosaki bottle. It has a slight bitterness and an overwhelmingly delicious flavor, and it betrayed my imagination in a good way. They say they will release one bottle every year for five years, so I'm looking forward to the next five years.

Abunotsuru's nama-shu 344. Right now it's an origarashi nama-shu with a gaseous feel, but if you leave it unopened for two weeks it becomes sparkling. It's a bit more bitter than the previous nama-shu. But the aftertaste is so good that you can drink as much as you want. We will wait until the other bottle becomes sparkling before opening it. Addendum on May 12 When I opened the sparkling one, the cork flew open like a champagne. The taste is more bitter. This is something I hope they continue to make.

This is the debut of a brewery I've always wanted to try. It's not just gassy, it's carbonated. Easy to drink and beautiful, I would definitely recommend this to a woman who is just starting to get interested in sake. I prefer it when it's been sitting for a few days and the carbonation has faded, but there's still a strong sense of gas. I'm going to try it for a couple of weeks and see how it turns out.

The rice is polished to 80%. It's rich, dry, and has a strong rice flavor, so the name is true. However, it was a mistake to open it on the same day as Shin Tschida... the impact of Shin Tschida was too strong. I liked it best when it was cold, as it tasted bland when heated.

Rice polished to 90% is rice...? That was my first impression when I picked it up. When I opened the bottle, I wondered what was going on with the sophisticated mouthfeel, even though it was barely polished. I thought. It was more beautiful than Daiginjo. I'm looking forward to the future because I've heard that the taste will change with time.
