Kuheiji has been waiting in the refrigerator for a year and a half. I drink it in a wine glass as recommended. I think it tastes like a white wine. It has a clean acidity, and if you drink it as a food sake, it will easily remove the bad aftertaste of food, or the fatty taste. You can also enjoy the changes after opening the bottle, so don't drink too much now (lol).

Limited to Yamaguchi Prefecture. ANOTHER once a year brewed by young craftsmen. It is a little un-Ganki-like. It is fruity and has a strong acidity. It is a little more feminine and younger than the usual Ganki. I thought it had a similar drinking style to Toyo Bijin and Abunotsuru. I like this Gangi very much, too.

episode2 starts The second episode of "Don't lose to Corona" by six breweries in the Hagi area. It is easy to drink and has a slight bitter aftertaste. The overall impression is a little sweet. Abunotsuru, Nagamonkyo, Choyo Fukumusume, Hofune, Toyo Bijin, and Yachiyo. There is no reason not to enjoy them.

I was told that this sake is made in the same way as the Risshun Asashimori, and that the best time to get it is when it is served, so I immediately bought it, thinking that it was even better than the Risshun Asashimori (lol). It is certainly delicious (^-^) I like the degree of acidity and the fruity taste very much.

Recently, I've been interested in less polished sake, and that's where this Ohroku Eight Fat comes in. The first impression right after opening the bottle is an overwhelming flavor. As you continue to drink it, the sourness and bitterness start to come out, but the mouthfeel is consistently beautiful. The next day, the light gas and acidity come to the fore, and the impression changes to a light one. The next day, the light gas and acidity came to the fore, and the impression changed to a light impression. And the next day, the flavor and bitterness came to the fore, and the bitter chocolate flavor that I like also came to the fore. I am going to be captivated by this taste and change.

It was recommended to add ice, but I left it as it was. The aroma was barely perceptible until I put it in my mouth. The high alcohol content of 19 degrees is holding me back from drinking it, but if it were only 15 degrees with this taste, I would have emptied my 4-pack in no time lol.

The 100th bottle is Miyoshi's classic Green. It has a good acidity, sweetness and fruity feeling. Lately, I've had more opportunities to drink heavier, unpolished sake, but when I drink it alternately with Miyoshi, I can feel the depth of the sake and can't finish it (lol).

It is a little sweeter than the Abuno Tsuru. This sake is fruity right after opening the bottle, but as the days go by, it tastes like bitter chocolate. Chocolate lovers will love this change.

This is the second edition of Drunk Monkey. I had to go out to the Onoda area on the first day of pre-sale, so I dropped by the brewery and bought it. I was told that the taste was the opposite of the previous red label, so I opened the bottle imagining that it would be light and dry. When I cooled it down and drank it, it had a watery mouthfeel with a bitterness and umami that followed it. I was told at the brewery that "if you chill it well, you won't be able to stop drinking it", and that is certainly true. The fact that it doesn't make a strong statement at the first sip means that it doesn't fight with the food, even before or during a meal, which is also a good impression. When it goes on sale to the general public, I'll buy a bottle.
