Let's start with a high Masamune 🥸.
Junmai Daiginjo.
The umami comes first, followed by a slight bitterness 😙.
The watery throat creates a freshness 😚.
The ginjo aroma is very awesome and mellow 😚 ☺️

Nigori (nigori sake).
The rice flavor and sweetness hits you 😳.
Even though it's sake, it still has the feeling of rice 🌾, and I feel like it could replace rice 🍚🙄.
The mellow feeling gives the drink a throatiness 🤨.
It has a calm atmosphere without the typical nigori shwashiness 🫧 that is typical of nigori 😶.
It was a very satisfying and robust nigori sake 🦴.
It's a great nigori masamune that some people seem to like better than junmai daiginjo 🤗.

I had an image of Masamune type as clear sake so it's new to me that there is nigori Masamune and it's delicious!

There are two kinds of plum wine, sour and sweet, and this is the sweet one.
It's a pure plum wine made by soaking plums in sake, so there are no artificial flavors, and the sake flavor is also used to its fullest.
I remember eating it with milk ice cream once and it was a great match 🍨🤤. KTasting!
It is sweet on the palate but has a spiciness that spreads afterwards!
I still have some resistance to dry sake, but strangely enough, I didn't find this sake unpleasant. KThe full flavor of the rice can be felt!

It has a watery, refreshing mouthfeel, but after the umami spreads softly, the pungent taste of alcohol spreads strongly at the end.
