Slightly peculiar aroma in the nose Koji? The taste is sweet, but there is a little bit of a kick. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and there is an alcohol taste that numbs the tongue a little, but does not leave that much of a residue on the palate. I don't like it. I had another Tengu Mai before, and it was not my favorite strain, but compared to that, it is easy to drink. Tengu Mai itself is a brewery that ages its sake, so it is recommended for those who like matured sake. When served with moromi tofu, the peculiarity of the aroma disappears and the umami and sweetness become stronger.

It has sweetness, soft acidity, and a tightly packed flavor. The aroma is not spectacular, but there is a slight freshness on the nose. Taste to your liking

Not yet released and said to be a test brew of Kijo sake. Slightly yellowish Instant sweetness and some acidity Since it was served cold, it was not that sweet for a kijo-zake, but it seemed to be sweet for a moment. But when I put it in my mouth, it warmed up with my body temperature and had a very strong sweetness typical of kijo-zake. There is also a strong grain-like aroma. The aftertaste is quite long. It has a firm sweet aftertaste. At Saké Koré Akiba

Among the Kozen Nyosui, we had the standard and Aki-agari, the penguin-labeled one, and the Kijoshu. I did not take pictures of the individual labels, so I put them together. Rock sake by Joze Junmai The one with the penguin label Smells like whey from yogurt Sweet and sour Rice aroma and firm aroma and firm sweetness Sweet and sour like a lactic acid drink They recommend to drink it on the rocks. It certainly looked delicious on the rocks. Kamizenjosui, a regular product Like ordinary water, but fruity and easy to drink without heaviness. Kouzen Nyosui Autumn It is easy to drink with the umami flavor of the standard product. I preferred Aki-agari to the standard one. Kijo Sake Quite sweet with a chestnut-like aftertaste. They said it was an unreleased pre-tasting product. The label also said that the product for sale had a more Japanese taste. Slightly white color Fruity aroma Easy to drink like water? But then the sweetness and umami with a pineapple flavor came immediately, and it was quite robust. The aftertaste is the sweetness spreading on the palate and lingering on the tongue. Fairly dark brown color Strong aroma like Shaoxing wine. The aroma is strong and punchy, but when you drink it, you feel the taste of rum for a moment, then a mild, smooth and strong sweetness. Caramel? The aftertaste is quite long. Serve with ice cream It is said that the alcohol is kneaded into the milk ice cream. The ice cream itself tastes like milk with a hint of rum raisin. Even if it is served with ice cream, it still tastes like rum raisin! At Sakékorea Akiba

We had it cold and warmed. Cold sake Clear liquid color Slightly tangy It has a robust sweetness, chestnut-like. Slightly sweet with a lingering chestnut-like sweetness. Heated The color of the liquid takes on a yellowish tinge. The moment it enters the mouth, it has a soft acidity. The aroma is peculiar, like the smell that comes from someone's armpit at a live concert in the summer (sorry for the gross metaphor). Not my favorite aroma. But when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness is soft and the aftertaste is shorter and more refreshing than cold sake. If you are looking for a beef stew, this is the one! I was told to try it! It is true that the aroma is not bothered by the strong flavor of stewed beef, and the sweet and mild taste is delicious! At Salmon Kole Akiva

*I noticed after receiving it that the company seems to be a brewery investment company. I had a drink and will record it as a reminder. I will record it here as a memorandum. Sake world Sake from the Makino Brewery Co. I had never had sake from Okayama, so I took it without thinking! But when I asked him about it, he told me that it was a blend of sake from several breweries. It has a mild fruity aroma with a strong rice flavor and umami. The sweetness of the rice lingers in the aftertaste. I wish I could have asked what was mixed with what, but I am not sure.... I wish I could have asked what was mixed with what, but I am not sure... It does not seem to be brewed here, so it is not an accomplishment of Okayama's sake. (Sorry if I'm wrong!) At Sakékorea Akiba

Slightly sweet and refreshing aroma A little bitterness in the aftertaste. Not too sweet, not too acidic, but not classic, more like a white wine. Light and easy to drink, but it hits you in the stomach. At Sakékorea Akiva
