We had it cold and warmed. Cold sake Clear liquid color Slightly tangy It has a robust sweetness, chestnut-like. Slightly sweet with a lingering chestnut-like sweetness. Heated The color of the liquid takes on a yellowish tinge. The moment it enters the mouth, it has a soft acidity. The aroma is peculiar, like the smell that comes from someone's armpit at a live concert in the summer (sorry for the gross metaphor). Not my favorite aroma. But when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness is soft and the aftertaste is shorter and more refreshing than cold sake. If you are looking for a beef stew, this is the one! I was told to try it! It is true that the aroma is not bothered by the strong flavor of stewed beef, and the sweet and mild taste is delicious! At Salmon Kole Akiva
