Not yet released and said to be a test brew of Kijo sake.
Slightly yellowish
Instant sweetness and some acidity
Since it was served cold, it was not that sweet for a kijo-zake, but it seemed to be sweet for a moment. But when I put it in my mouth, it warmed up with my body temperature and had a very strong sweetness typical of kijo-zake.
There is also a strong grain-like aroma.
The aftertaste is quite long.
It has a firm sweet aftertaste.
