Hashu Honor 50 -Horizon- Junmai Daiginjyo Super Limited Non-filtered Nama-shu It is gorgeous, juicy and sweet, but easy to drink. The label is also designed to feel like the New Year, and I am glad I was able to drink this in the New Year. This is a series of limited, unfiltered, unfiltered, unblended sake that is brewed several times a year on an irregular basis. It is made from "Ushu Homare," one of the varieties of rice suitable for sake brewing. It is a very rare sake rice bred in 2000 by Tatsugoro Takagi, the 14th generation of the Takagi Sake Brewery, which produces Yamagata Prefecture's sake "Jyushiyo".

Kangiku's limited-edition, raw sake made with Chiba Prefecture's Fusakogane grapes. The rich but clean sweetness is melon-like. Very juicy. This is delicious.

True Red from Kangiku in Kujukuri, Chiba: very fruity and juicy pineapple, with a hint of sourness followed by sweetness. Delicious. It is only made once a year. I am looking forward to next year. I will buy White next time.

Sono Kangiku is made by Kangiku Meikozo in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture. It is made from 50% polished Aiyama sake rice and has a refined sweetness, refreshing and gorgeous. Pineapple flavor. Delicious.

It is novel because it is made from 100% polished rice and brown rice that has not been polished at all and roasted to make sake. The grain flavor is like the taste of the earth. It has a strong umami taste and a hint of sweetness, without the cloying taste one might expect from unpolished rice.

I bought it at Okazaki Shuzo when I visited my wife's parents' house in Ueda City. It is a limited edition made with Hitogochi sake rice produced in Tozawa, Ueda City. It has a very gorgeous and fruity aroma. It is like a juicy Muscat. A little bit of acidity is pleasant.

The moderate refreshing sourness is just like "Suzumisake", which is good for white fish sashimi in the coming season. It's refreshing and clean, but it also has a strong aftertaste and a sense of gravity.
