This is the first Natur's nigori sake I've had. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was fizzy. It has a strong acidity, but it is not unpleasant and is easy to drink. It seems to go well with strong food.

I bought it at Okazaki Shuzo when I visited my wife's parents' house in Ueda City. It is a limited edition made with Hitogochi sake rice produced in Tozawa, Ueda City. It has a very gorgeous and fruity aroma. It is like a juicy Muscat. A little bit of acidity is pleasant.
