Hashu Honor 50 -Horizon- Junmai Daiginjyo Super Limited Non-filtered Nama-shu
It is gorgeous, juicy and sweet, but easy to drink. The label is also designed to feel like the New Year, and I am glad I was able to drink this in the New Year.
This is a series of limited, unfiltered, unfiltered, unblended sake that is brewed several times a year on an irregular basis.
It is made from "Ushu Homare," one of the varieties of rice suitable for sake brewing.
It is a very rare sake rice bred in 2000 by Tatsugoro Takagi, the 14th generation of the Takagi Sake Brewery, which produces Yamagata Prefecture's sake "Jyushiyo".
