I bought it at Okazaki Shuzo when I visited my wife's parents' house in Ueda City. It is a limited edition made with Hitogochi sake rice produced in Tozawa, Ueda City. It has a very gorgeous and fruity aroma. It is like a juicy Muscat. A little bit of acidity is pleasant.

The moderate refreshing sourness is just like "Suzumisake", which is good for white fish sashimi in the coming season. It's refreshing and clean, but it also has a strong aftertaste and a sense of gravity.

It is very delicious with fresh sweetness and light acidity. U" is the Chinese character for "Yu" which means gentle. And "U" means "Umami". It is a gem with a lot of gentle umami. I like this very much.
