Purchased at a liquor store in Shizuoka, this is the first of two bottles I bought. As a lover of Aizan, I had to choose this one.
It is not very fruity like Aizan, but it is sweet and robust. It is delicious. It is my favorite brand, although I don't often come across Tang.

I bought Nanamizu again this year at the liquor store I always go to when I travel to Nasu.
It was said to have a subtle grapefruit aroma, but I didn't detect that much. It had a clean impression, but it also had a strong umami flavor. I only buy Nanamizu here, but I think it tastes good every time.

This is the second bottle of Denshogiku. This one is a clear sake. It is fruity, but has a more robust feel than the ogara-mi. Both Denshogiku were delicious this year as well. I wonder if the competition will gradually increase.

I look forward to these electric chrysanthemums every year. I was told by the store owner that the cork might fly out, so I opened it with care. It is delicious! It is pleasantly sweet and tasty. I have already purchased a bottle of Sumishu Denshogiku, and I am looking forward to drinking that as well!

Fusano Kankiku橙海OCEAN 99 Arrival 無濾過一度火入原酒

It is said to be an autumn sake of Kangiku. It has a sweetness and umami that is typical of Kangiku, with a light fizziness. It is easy to drink with a touch of bitterness at the end. There is no miss with Kangiku.

Sanmorosugi, the second one. They use the yeast from the Sasayuri yeast from the Ookami Shrine Shrine sanctuary. It was clean, sweet, and a little bitter. I felt it was suitable for drinking when it was hot.

This is my first Etsukaijin. I was told that it was easy to drink for an Etsukaijin, but it feels solid. I tried it cold at first, then warmed. I think I prefer it warmed up.

There were a variety of different sake rice varieties, but I bought the recommended Nanaro. It was easy to drink because of its low alcohol content and had a nice fruity taste.

I have had Toyo Bijin in pubs but this is the first time I have purchased it. It is not sold very often, so I bought it as soon as I found it.
It has a melon taste. It is just moist and mildly sweet, with a bitter taste at the end that gives a calm impression.

This is the last bottle of Hanpukai. Since it is rare to buy Jikin, I kept it carefully in the refrigerator so that I could drink it slowly during the Obon vacation.
It is not light sweet and tasty, but rather firm. There is no doubt that it is delicious.

I have been buying sake made with Aizan, but recently I have been interested in Sake Mirai as well. Akabu's Sake Mirai also has a nice sweetness and a refreshing taste that I like.
