I happened to come across this sake brewery, Fuji Takasago Shuzo, on a drive, and the shopkeeper recommended the Sunshu Nakaya Yamahai Honjozo Nama Genshu. 　As the label on the bottle says, it's a "smooth, fluffy, and crisp" sake. This is delicious! We drank it up in no time at all. It's a sake I want to buy again.

I bought this for New Year's Day, recommended by my uncle at my regular liquor store. It's just the right balance of ginjo aroma, a bit of acidity, and a crisp spiciness! This sake might be cosy! There's a big chance this sake won't last until New Year's!

The second loot of the Miyagi expedition, the Axe Kotohorn! It was just like the picture on the label. A light, fruity sake that is popular these days. At first, the sourness, sweetness and slight bitterness spread in the mouth, but the sharpness of the skit gives you a Miyagi taste. Yeah, it's delicious!

This is one of the spoils of the Miyagi expedition. I've never seen a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi Yacho from Yamawa Shuzo, a brewery in Miyagi. That's a jackpot! The taste is light on the palate, but the firm sweetness of the rice and a slight bitterness spreads quickly and smoothly. A slight lingering spiciness lingers in the finish. I would like to drink it in small batches on a long autumn night.

Spoils of the expedition to Tokushima, part 2, A limited edition ginjo sake from Matsuura Sake Brewery. The translucent light blue bottle makes you think of summer. The mouthfeel is fluffy with a gentle sweetness and a slight sourness along with the scent of the ginjo. It spreads just right and swoops away. It's a bad one! Oh, this is good! I want to buy it again, but I can't.

The result of our expedition to Tokushima. We visited the original Matsuura Sake Brewery and bought one of the several bottles we tasted. 　It has a refreshing ginjo aroma and a spicy taste, but it's refreshing and delicious without being sweet. Definitely goes with the white meat sashimi! Snapper!

I consulted my usual liquor store for "a refreshing, chilled and delicious drink to meet in early summer" and they recommended it to me This is one of the most popular bottles. A little bit of acidity gives a refreshing feeling, while the sweetness of the rice spreads, which is exactly what you'd expect from an early summer A drink to feel. The blue glass bottle with the fireworks label makes me feel good. 　When it gets hotter, I think I'll chill it and drink it outside.

熊澤酒造さんで、何気なく購入したボトル。天青が有名ですが、あえての湘南にしました。流石の吟醸酒、クセのないサラリとした軽い味わいのお酒でした。　夏の暑い日に漬け物と一緒が合いそうです！

切れの良い辛口、固めの口当たりが初夏を思わせる気候によく合いました。ほのかな吟醸香が、吟醸酒でないのに広がり、辛さの中にある米の甘味が広がる、とても美味しいお酒です！！　カツオの叩きと相性バッチリです！

キレの良いお酒を酒屋のおじさんにリクエストしたら、お勧めされたのが相模灘辛口特別純米！！　　軽いとほのかな甘味、微かな苦味が複雑な味わいを醸し出す、良質なしっかりとしたお酒ですね。　キレはかなり良く、飲んだ事を忘れてしまいそう（笑　おじさん、流石のセレクトですよ！　冷やでも燗でも行けそうですが、冷や派の私は冷やで頂きます。　流行りのラベルの雰囲気では無いですが、これは美味しい！

先週に引き続き雑賀。今回は辛口。お米の甘さとキリッとした辛さが程よいバランスでくちに広がり、すーーっとキレ良く消えてゆく。香りは控えめな上質な吟醸香がスーと香ります。これ、美味い！！　　米と米麹と酵母でどーしてこんなに辛口に出来るのか、日本酒って本当に奥深い。

香りは控えめ、良い意味で硬い口当たりのカチッとしたお酒。スッキリしていて超キレの良い良質な米の風味が広がります。これは、旨い！！つまみ無しでスルスル飲めます。

新年　二本目のお酒。酒米雄町を重ねて開発した「愛山田」で作った精米45%の純米大吟醸。大吟醸らしい香りが強めの甘味と共に広がります。柔らかな甘味が、微かな苦味と共に余韻として残り、余韻があるうちにもう一口！！グイグイ進んでしまう、ヤバい酒です。　ホッケに合いそうです。

香り控えめの純米吟醸。甘味が強いが後味に辛味の余韻が残り、ずーっと消えてゆく。甘くキレの良い不思議な仕上がりです。　2019年の締めくくりは、今年の出来事のように甘く始まり辛く終わり！な！お酒でした。さて、2020年はどんなお酒と出会えるのか、ワクワクしながらこの一本を飲んでしまおう。

近所の酒屋さんでキレの良いお酒をお願いしたら、店主オススメの一本。香りは弱めだが、米の甘味と酒の辛味が良いバランスで口に広がります。飲んでしまうとすーーっと甘い余韻と共に全てが消えてゆく。正にキレの良い軽いお酒ですね。軽くてどんどん飲んでしまいそうで怖いくらい。美味しです！

香りは弱めだが、ふくよかで厚みがあり、微かな苦味（良い意味で）が広がるお酒。酸味はほぼ感じず冷やしても、常温でも旨い！これは、なかなか行けてます。
