This is one of the spoils of the Miyagi expedition.
I've never seen a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi Yacho from Yamawa Shuzo, a brewery in Miyagi.
That's a jackpot! The taste is light on the palate, but the firm sweetness of the rice and a slight bitterness spreads quickly and smoothly. A slight lingering spiciness lingers in the finish.
I would like to drink it in small batches on a long autumn night.
