Today, I went to my usual liquor store to stock up for the end of the year and to say hello. This is the store I go to when I want something a little different. Recently, I've been enjoying nigori, so I bought this sake that was recommended to me. It's a very powerful Rokune Nigori. The label may not be the best, but the taste is definitely there. It has a silky smooth texture and a beautiful sweetness that makes it a very tasty rose. You don't have to be careful opening the bottle, but it's pretty spiffy and to your liking👍. Nigori is only available this time of year, but I love it for its flavor!

I bought this series when I went to a golf course near the brewery. First of all, this sake is very delicious! It has a crisp taste, but it has a sweetness that you don't find in Junmai. I like to buy Alzoe's raw sake from time to time, but this sake is outstandingly delicious👍. The local sake from Kanagawa is not so bad. I actually had another Junmai namaishu, but I forgot to post it... I forgot to post it, but it tasted perfectly delicious😄.

This is Sagaminada, a local sake from Kanagawa. I drank it last year and was impressed that there was such a good sake in Kanagawa. I played golf with my clients this week near the brewery and bought some on the way home 😅. It is a delicious sake that is more refreshing than it looks and you can drink it easily. The price is reasonable, so if you don't mind nigorizake, buy it when you find it. I really recommend it 💡!

I've been slacking on my posting lately😅. I'd like to start again soon! So today I'm going to drink my favorite sake from Minami Aizu, Kunigon Shuzo "Tefu" Junmai, raw sake. It's a very good sake with a strong flavor and a great drinkability, just like Kunigon. The freshness of the unpasteurized sake is also great.

We couldn't buy "Akatombo" last year! This year we got it safe and sound! The aroma is that of Senkou. When you put it in your mouth, it is light and has a pleasant acidity. This is the first time to try "Tobiran" from Nagasaki. My usual liquor store started to handle it, so I bought it. When I drank it, it was sweet. But the aftertaste is not so bad. It seems to be made from "Nikomaru" rice, which is sweet. I'm also curious about the other specs of this brewery😝. There is a reason why I was curious about this rice called "nikomaru", we have a pet bird called "niko". I usually call it "nikomaru", so I was curious and bought it. He is only 9 months old 🦜. He is a friendly bird and I am always healed by him😄.

Today is Nabeshima's autumn sake. In the gooey goodness, the sweet and sour aftertaste is the best of the best😆. The overall feeling is also good, a bit calm. Was it good to drink it in a wine glass? I've been curious about Senkou Classic Omachi for a while, so I opened a bottle while it was still new. The aroma of this beer has a unique Senkou acidity that I can't get enough of. Today is the first Hiyaoroshi of this season. We chose "Kido". What can I say, it's a great sake with excellent cost performance. Now, how does it taste? It has a light mouthfeel and a delicious taste. The best part is the taste! Hiyaoroshi is a kind of sake, the impression of the Hiyaoroshi. I'm sure it would be great if you drank it with something a little rich in flavor😄.
