This is a famous triple star. The rice used is Watarifune 6, which is new to me.
When I tried it, I found that it was not like a Junmai Daiginjo in a good sense, it was a little dry, but the sweetness that comes after was in perfect balance.
Even when the temperature rises, the sweetness doesn't become unpleasant, and it's quite good.
I think I like Wataribune No.6 a lot.
By the way, the price is high because it costs 2,310 yen for a four-pack bottle.
