Is it pear...this aroma⁉︎ Too much to my liking!
Too sweet and refreshing, yet mellow.
And it has a tangy aftertaste.
100% Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture
Polishing ratio 60 %.
It's a special junmai sake!
Thanks to the waiter who recommended it to me♡♡♡♡♡♡!
The first glass is hiya and the second one is lukewarm.
I drink too much hiya!
Purchased at the Nagayama Sake Brewery store
The word "only sold here" is weak.
The cartoonish label... not too precious... but good!
The taste is special too!
Yamaguchi Nagato Sake Brewery: There was a sake drinking event in November... I didn't know that...
Junmai Daiginjo with a taste reminiscent of 🍁 and a hint of color
According to the owner of the sake shop, it is made from "Gohyakumangoku" rice.
While regretting the late autumn...I can't help but drink too much!
Travel to Shimonoseki City with National Discount ^ ^
On the hotel menu
Otters, Toyo Bijin, and other local brands of sake were lined up on the hotel menu
I was wondering which one to choose...
At first, I ordered the most reasonably priced one, Umikyo. A small bottle...1320 yen per bottle, tax and service charge not included.
Delicious!
It accentuates the taste of seafood and other dishes.
It is refreshing and has a good flavor ^ ^.
Easy on the pocketbook!
Sake served locally in the area
I'm even more excited than usual!
The view of Kakunoshima Ohashi Bridge from Hotel Nishinagato Resort is also great ( ^ ^ )/□🍶🍶.
Junmai Daiginjo⁉︎ You can feel the freshness of freshly squeezed and crisp drinking. It is said to be an annual sake nouveau, celebrating the harvest of nature's bounty and crops with the first squeezing.
I always buy this without hesitation.
The subtle fruity aroma and tight taste of Junmai Ginjo with 60% rice polishing ratio^ ^ ^.
Complementary to food
It also goes well with easy crackers & cheese ♫
Blended Sake!
Selected from Junmai Daiginjo-style sake with a rice polishing ratio of 50% or less.
Sake blended with raw, unpasteurized, unfiltered sake, etc.!
As the name suggests, it is a sake with hybrid synergy.
This sake is interesting.
The aroma is good, the depth is good, and the flavor is good.
The price is also very reasonable for a Junmai Daiginjo!
I wish they would change the label and make a series of this sake and let us enjoy it from season to season.
A gulp in my empty stomach 🍶.
Oh, it's Yamahai...⁉︎ It's easy to drink with a refreshing taste.
Again, it's like water...but my stomach is HOT^ ^ ^.
Delicious ♡♡♡!
I picked up some Furano red melon with high sugar content as a souvenir from my trip!
Sake flavor⤴︎ Blissful home drinking ^ ^ ^b
Purchased on a trip to Aizu in mid-September
I was told that it was one of the bottles that could not be purchased in Tokyo
I was too lazy to drink it...
But finally, the bottle is open!
The owner told me to be careful when opening the bottle.
But it didn't have the expected fizzy feeling.
Does it depend on the bottle or is it already gone?
Maybe I should have opened the bottle as soon as I got home;
Nigori (nigori) sake with a taste of amazake (sweet sake)
Enjoy the color, aroma, and flavor in a wine glass.
Hokkaido, East Hokkaido Trip🍁Last night, a bottle of this!
Room Drinking: Storm warning is in effect for Shiretoko today.
Praying for better weather tomorrow.
Here's to the mellowness of Tokachi!
Purchased this limited edition sake when visiting Sakaegawa Shuzo Yugura...
The first glass after opening the bottle, I couldn't help but open my eyes... it's just so delicious😳Fresh, mellow, yet refreshingly fruity...
It's hard to put the deliciousness of sake into words.
After the second glass, the flavor changes quickly and you can enjoy the change in taste.
Product introduction - from the Yuzukura page
Junmai Ginjyo Nama-nama Sake, which only the brewers could taste, is now available as a commercial product. Bandai Shibori-shu brings out the flavor of freshly squeezed sake brewed in the famous water of Bandai, Aizu, as well as the flavor and taste derived from the rice.
After brewing, the sake is stored at a low temperature in order to maintain the freshness of the freshly pressed sake.
A short trip to Aizu - Sake Cheers 🍶!
First of all... Tobiroki Special Junmai!
Attracted by the aroma
When you drink it, it's as fruity as a Shine Muscat!
But it's so refreshingly delicious!
Delicious!
I'm glad I could drink this sake in Aizu!
Kagurazaka Karari Drinking 🍶!
Shinsei 6✨I'll have the bottle open... blissful time as you can imagine ^ ^ ^.
This is what we're having today!
A restaurant with good dashimaki is a restaurant of my choice!
I wish I could drink more sake without getting drunk!
This autumn's first hiyaoroshi, Autumn oroshi
I thought it was summer...
I don't feel the alcohol content of 18 degrees Celsius...
Tomorrow is sake drinking in Kagurazaka!
I'll manage to work hard for one more day!
Polishing ratio 70%, Yeast K-7. Sake made with rice and water from Ehime.
This is probably the first Ehime sake I have ever tasted.
It is more than sake⁉︎ It is more refreshing than German white wine, yet mellow🍶 It is also delicious^ ^ ^.
The "no nonsense" is a time-consuming task. Time. The sake is brewed with a technique that takes about twice as much time and effort as normal sake brewing. It has a clean mouthfeel that you can drink it with food. I want to hold back and enjoy the changes after opening the bottle. The best part of drinking at home!
Sake from Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, seems to bring some kind of blessing 🙏🏻🤭🤭.
