Sake Coffee Liqueur😳 According to Google, it is made by soaking aromatic high quality coffee beans (Fuji Coffee Co., Ltd., Tsu City, Mie Prefecture) in pure rice sake and aging them. The master of the store asked me to try the last sip. I was impressed by the fusion of the clear taste of coffee and sake. I will buy a bottle for drinking at home ^_^b

This month is my birthday month. 7 I couldn't buy it on the 7th. w this bottle as a surprise from my family. too happy to drink it....... I wish I could keep it for years like wine.... In our store, we tell our customers to keep unopened bottles of hi-ire sake at room temperature for one year (in a place without light where the temperature does not change throughout the year), and unopened bottles of nama-shu in the refrigerator for about six months.

GW brewery direct purchase. Full 1 hour tour of the brewery. Thanks to the brewer 💖. Nothing to celebrate, but today is the day to open the bottle ^ ^b Dry with color.... Oh, I wonder if I should have opened the bottle earlier⁉︎......but we will taste it anyway!
