Junmai Ginjyo Nama-nama Sake, which only the brewers could taste, is now available as a commercial product. Bandai Shibori-shu brings out the flavor of freshly squeezed sake brewed in the famous water of Bandai, Aizu, as well as the flavor and taste derived from the rice.
After brewing, the sake is stored at a low temperature in order to maintain the freshness of the freshly pressed sake.
