Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku Kake rice: Niigata rice
Purchased at Niigata-kome. It is a junmai sake with the concept of going well with sweets. It is not too harsh, easy to drink, and has a stable and just-right flavor, similar to junmai sake made by major sake breweries in a good sense. Good cosmetics too.
