100% Yamada-Nishiki Somewhat carbonated. It has a lingering aftertaste in the mouth. It does not feel heavy, but I thought it was a sake to savor the aftertaste.
Today it has a noro noro and forever.... It is effervescent, but feels light and smooth on the throat. It goes down smoothly, so I don't feel like I'm slurping it down. I've had it with fish, but it seems to go with everything 😅.

This peach color appears to be made with an association red sake yeast. This cloudy sake also has a sweet taste. I wanted to drink it for the Adult Hinamatsuri. I am not old enough to celebrate by decorating hina dolls anymore, but for some reason it reminded me of the Hinamatsuri of my childhood.

I bought it in Niigata because of its cute label. It is sake made from rice grown by four farmers in Nishikaga-ku, Niigata City. It's not particularly tasty, but it's a good reminder that sake is made from rice. I wondered if there was a four-pack bottle of this sake.
Beautiful golden color. Full-bodied and crisp. It is full-bodied and has a nice crispness. It is not so heavy and comfortable to drink. Toward the end, you can taste a faint sweetness of rice.
