It's a sake from Itoigawa City, Niigata Prefecture. I think I have heard that Niigata sake is often dry...it leaves a long lingering taste in the back of the throat. It is the kind of sake that you want to savor rather than drink it quickly. I always drink it in a very quick and easy way, so today I would like to drink it slowly.
I bought it in Niigata because of its cute label. It is sake made from rice grown by four farmers in Nishikaga-ku, Niigata City. It's not particularly tasty, but it's a good reminder that sake is made from rice. I wondered if there was a four-pack bottle of this sake.
Beautiful golden color. Full-bodied and crisp. It is full-bodied and has a nice crispness. It is not so heavy and comfortable to drink. Toward the end, you can taste a faint sweetness of rice.
Oli had accumulated at the bottom, so I shook it open. It tasted fresh and delicious. I compared it with Arabashiri, Nakadori, and Seme. I felt the deliciousness of each.
Good evening, Sawako 😃.
Sentori's Hatsubatake series is delicious 😋The remaining one is Nakadori 🤗I heard that Sentori will be renewed from next season, so let's drink it while it's still available 😋.
While feeling some fizz, the mouth is wowed by the sweetness of the rice, which I think is the sweetness of the rice. Poured into a Nosaku katakuchi, the sake is wonderfully clear.
The shwizzle when poured into the cup makes me expect it to be a raw sake. I'm feeling the acidity. It makes you think, "This is what freshly made sake is like! It makes you think, "This is what freshly made sake is like! I don't know how to put it all together, but this is the first time I've had freshly brewed sake. I guess you can only drink it during this season...
Good mouthfeel. It is easy to drink with a smooth throat. I purchased this sake in Kanazawa. I purchased the Kurobelt series and am looking forward to comparing them.
I finally found my sake of choice among the many sake brands in Nagano Prefecture. At a soba restaurant I wandered into, a gentleman ordered Taisetsukei from behind me. I was intrigued by a brand I had never heard of before, so I ordered some myself. I fell in love with it. I bought it right away! Today, we drank it slowly at home. It has a sour taste at first, but it is a very pleasant sake.
Is it fermenting? It has a sour taste, and I think it might be wine. This sake has a slightly golden color. It has some sweetness, and I think it has a good balance with the acidity.
This is the first time I have had Kaze no Mori. I felt a strong acidity and a heavy sensation. I think this heavy feeling is dry. I do not know that much about sake, so this was a new and delicious taste for me. It was described as a fusion of traditional and modern techniques. I wonder if it is close to the taste of the old days. Sake is a very deep drink.
First sip, I felt the sourness and was like "oops". I don't remember when I bought it because it's been in storage for a while... 😅I should not drink too much...
