サワコThe aroma and flavor of red wine spreads in the mouth. However, it is still sake. The color is a pale red, and I am sure you will enjoy the color if you drink it in a wine glass.
This sake was aged in the red wine barrels used at the Takahata Winery. Sake and wine...it's a strange combination, but I felt it was in harmony.
